A smile. In this cruel-cruel world, this 'thing' has become so rare and no longer, it will be extinct. Ha ha I know I'm exaggerating this, but we all know, happiness is something that we hardly find nowadays. That's the ugly truth we have to face.

Actually, it's not that hard to catch some happiness all around us. In these past few days, I've been trying to be a positive person and bring the positive vibe to other people. Well, I can't say that I've succeeded or so, but I found out that it's not a really hard thing to do, to actually be happy with your life and seize it. Of course, everyday is not complete without any mood-ruiner, or things that could break down your spirit. But with the power of smile and one take of deep breath... voila! life's good... you know.

Haha yeaaa I know, what a trash-talk I just said, eh? But hey! It does works.

So, why don't we daydream a little, have a happy thoughts, everything that could bring a big-wide-smile in our face for a day? Here I share you my list (it's a long one sister, watch out!) :D

1. Purchase a new stuff
I get so happy if I went to some place and ended up bought something. Or simply if I purchased anything online and I just love the-can't-wait-feelings to get back home and open the package!

2. Having a delicate conversation with someone
It could be anyone! Taxi driver, strangers I met at some public places, old friends, or simply just my boyfriend :) Speaking heart-to-heart, watching them have a good time time talking to me and got so interested about what I said, it gives me such a loveable feelings and there's always something I learn from them.

3. Being hugged
It's important. Research said, that being hugged by someone for at least once a day, can increase our mood 'till 80%! Nah, I made it up. Haha. But I'm pretty sure sharing heartful and warm longhugs are so essential for our health and sanity, and for the plus it can give us a comfortable feelings too. So I guess, we have to learn a lot from Teletubbies, don't we? :p

4. Get a compliment from people
Of course, everyone loves it. It surely can put a smile on my face for a whole day! It doesn't need to be a big compliment, but a simple sincere one is enough.

5. Things happened as it planned
I have this kinda OCD, I will get very upset if I planned something and it doesn't happen like I want. So if my plan is succeed, I'll be very happy and satisfied.

6. My tidy room
I am a messy girl. There I say it. It's just kinda difficult for me to keep my room clean, and tidy, because almost everyday before I go to college, I get so confused to pick which outfit I would wear, and my floor ended up full with clothes and other stuff. So in the end of the day, when I get back from college and I found that my room is clean and ready to be slept, suddenly I forget about how tired I am.

7. Thoughts about what I'm going to wear
Haha, this is silly. And fun at the same time! I got so excited everytime I'm gonna attend an event, and thinking about the best outfit I would wear. I can barely sleep! Searching through the closet, and have fun with all of those piece of clothes... hmm, love it <3

And the list is still going on, and on, and on...

See... It's not that hard to live days in your life with a smile. Just be more grateful about every little thing around you, and happiness in in your palm. Seize your life, dude!

These pieces of Simon Spurr's Fall 2010 RTW collection made me think all day: why I wasn't born as a man?

Seriously, can you find me a man who's actually dress like these people? They will be too busy to look fabulous, and wouldn't mind if I spend just a lil' of their money to buy nice clothes :p

He works as an assistant editor of Vogue Hommes, and now we know why he has all of those envied style.

Couple months ago --February 11th 2010, fashion world was doomed by the sudden death of a genius British designer, Alexander 'Lee' McQueen. I was googling about it immediately, to make sure if it was a hoax or not. Such a sad-sad news, can't believe he was gone in a tragic way, by committed a suicide.

He's one of the most talented artist in his generation, and I've always adore his masterpiece. His brilliant imagination, showed in his creation, was so complex, dramatic --sometimes, bizzare- so hard to explain, but somehow, magically beautiful.

My Drugs for Boredom

Felt like having no passion today, I tried to find some activities by opened style.com and looked for an interesting collection. I ended up choose Balmain, and I clicked its complete Fall 2009 collection. When I saw those beautiful dresses and fabric.. Damn! It was like love at first sight. I had seen some of this collection before but I've never had a chance to find out about its complete collection. Pictures above are some of my lovely picks of the collection. Isn"t it beautiful? I would looooooove.. to have all of them, haha.

Btw, it's April and I can't believe it's already have been a year! Yes, me and my boyfriend will celebrate our first anniversary this 2t8th! Geez, have no power to wait until the day!

Thankful Weak - end

It's 10 o'clock in the morning, and I just woke up from my hibernation. I have no clue what I have to do now, guess it's one of the effect of having too much sleeps. Today is Sunday, and last night I didn't go anywhere actually, and it's kinda weird that I feel so tired right now. Yesterday, I just came by to Kelapa Gading Mall to watch my friend performing there. Their band is pretty cool and I was enjoy watching it. After that, my plan was meet my dear old bestfriend, Kamila. She is my high school friend, we're so close at that moment but during my hecticness and problems and stuffs, it's rare for us to meet. I can't put my picture with her in here, she was just not in the mood for taking picture, cause she was in excruciating pain as the impact of her new braces. It's a silly excuse actually, but well, I don't know what she felt right? And I'm kinda jealous, cause I always want to wear braces but I don't really have time, and money (that's the main problem actually). But, finally there is a good news! My mom is going back home !!! Yaaayy I'm so damn happy. Can't wait to see her. Hope she can get well soon. ♥ heeerrr. Thanks God! :)

Gosh I'm having such a good time right now! Me and my GGks girls are having a BBQ party at Bianda's house, and we're having so much fun! We ate plentyyy of food (we've done a 'little' shopping spree before :p), and right now we are doing karaoke crazzzzily. We've just about gossiping all night later, and too bad I can't join :( I have to get back to my sister's house, cause tomorrow I will go back to Purwakarta for visiting my mom. I missssss herrrrr :( Hope she will alright. Forever in my life.

Sumpah, gw nyanyi itu bukan karena itu yang gw rasain. Dan sumpah, gw pengen bangettt bisa ngerasain itu sekarang! Ini tuh ibarat nya kalo di teori komunikasi, kayak expectancy violence theory atau teori pelanggaran harapan yang artinya...

DIYANG. STOP.
Jadi gw sekarang seakan- akan dibudaki oleh hal yang beberapa hari ini gw jalani yaitu something that you called mid-term test. Atau bahasa prokem nya adalah UTS. Jadi hari ini gw mengalami UTS yang paling menyiksa jiwa, wait, ga paling diyang, karena besok masih adaaaa huaaaa! Siksaan hari ini adalah MPK Bahasa Inggris dan Teori Komunikasi. MPK Bahasa Inggris yang, well, semasa SMA sebenernya cukup gw kuasai (yah ga bego bego amat lah ga sampe ngartiin 'joystick' sebagai 'batang kesenangan' -woohoo), and the test didn't turn out so well. Listening nya paraaah, bahkan percakapan pertama terdengar seperti bahasa Cina. Dan Tekom, yaaaah mengarang bebas. Bebaaas sekali, saking bebas nya bikin hamil.

Besok adalah UTS terakhir, Sistem Sosial Indonesia dan Dasar Dasar Penulisan, dan I'm still sigh-ing about it, dan belom ada niat buat membuka lembaran- lembaran neraka berupa handout.

Tapi agak sedikit excited akan besok, soalnya mau senang- senang sama tante- tante GGks :)

Semoga besok ada mukjizat. Mukjizat dimana otak orang yang sudah belajar ditransfer ke otak gw yang kopong ini.

Long Weekend, Longer Thoughts

Hallo, just a fling from my daily activities. I just arrived from Purwakarta, visiting my mom in International Holistic Hospital. She is ill, a quite serious ill, and she has had to go to that hospital, it's our only hope. But, since when I and my dad came she looked better, I think everything is gonna be fine and it's all will go back to normal again. Right, God? Just pray for my mom ok :)

Paris Van Java. I Always in Love (Part 1)

Oh Sugar Honey Ice Tea, this week is not getting better. I'm still hanging on some crazyness around me, with duties and homeworks, sigh. But last week I just had vacation during the weekend with my GGk girls, and it was fun! We went to Bandung, one of my favorite city I've ever visited. And the first place we were visit is -of course- Pasar Gedebage! I had planned to buy some clothes which I really eager to have. And this is my list before our vacation last week :

Flare Jeans (Some addition for my hippie style)
Sweater or Cardi (I'm kind of need it, cause Indonesia is in rainy season now)
Blazer (The basic thing. It really can put up to any kind of style. Besides.. almost all of the models have it ;-p)
Scarves (Never get enough for it)
And of course, Leather Jacket! (I really want it, as you can see in my last post, hee)

And I ended up bought these items :

Denim Jumpsuit, which I have to customize first, to harem, like I always want.
A lil black dress. Very simple, you can wear it in many places and occasions.
A long sketch shirt. I love the drawing on it, especially with Eiffel sketch on it. (Cause it's my dream to go to Paris, like everybody else want)

I really satisfied with the stuff I got, I'll put the picture later for you guys :)

Leather Fever

Gosh, I'm so dying for having a leather jacket. I've been googling for a minute and I've found a leather jacket that I want so much. And it is wore by Lou Doillon! No wonder, eh? This is the picture that I've found.

Isn't that cool? The length is so fit just like what I want. Huhu, I really eager to have it! Tapi kayaknya ga mungkin juga kalo gue bisa memiliki leather jacket yang sama seperti yang Lou miliki (sigh).

Oia btw, this Friday I'll go to Bandung with my GGk's besties. Hahah can't wait to be there! Dan kita semua sudah memiliki plan untuk ke Gedebage dan shopping spree di sana. Hihi, it's gonna be soo much fun. Dan doain aja yaaa semoga gue bisa dapet leather jacket yang gw mau disana. Karena berdasarkan informasi dari temen gw yang notabene udah seriiiing bgt keluar masuk Gedebage, leather jacket disana itu harganya cuma 100 ribu an rupiah! Maaan.. Tapi ga tau deh gw bisa percaya apa ga karena temen gw itu suka fiktif. Yaah, liat saja lah nanti. Klo gw menemukan apa yang gw mau, gw pasti langsung posting ke sini right away! :)

Valentine's Memory

Hey, it's been a while since my first post. I'm terribly sorry, cause this week has been a very hectic week for me. Actually, I don't really know what I want to post, cause nothing's interesting in my life these days. I know, pathetic right? Haha.

I spent my valentine's day with my old bestfriends, Niscaya and Vivi, which I miss so much. It's been a while for us not to meet and chat, so when we met last Saturday, it's been a very grateful day (though it was not enough for us cause there were some 'noise' which disturbed our quality time). Oh, and Niscaya was soo sweet! She gave me (and Vivi) a beautiful-plastic-flower and I do love it, since it's eternal :-p She also gave me chocolates and it tasted good! Moreover, she made it by herself. Aaaa..

We chat a lil bit, she told me about her life, and then after that I have to go. We had a nice goodbye hug, and promised to meet again in any other chances. And then, my next event was my (other) bestfriend birthday party. My bestfriend, Febby, celebrated her birthday by treat us in a seafood restaurant, and maaaan.. I've never saw food that much! I didn't even know how to put all those food in my mouth. But I was succeeded to do that after all, heehee.

Hello, do you know a proverb that says 'there's always a first time for everything'? I do believe it, though this blog is actually not my first time. I have made one like this before, when I am in junior high, but it didn't turn out so well. Why? Because I didn't know exactly what I want to write, and I just don't take this bloggie-thing seriously. So, in this brand new blog, I wish this blog will not end up useless and I wish I could get what I want through this blog! :-)
